I'm so excited for my Greens and Superfoods tomorrow night. If people can start to add just one superfood and green to their diet everyday- they feel the difference and this can lead to them wanting more. The whole idea of "just doing it" lately keeps popping up......i mean you can talk forever and a day about how great it feels to eat more raw and living foods and more chlorophyll rich food, but if someone doesn't give it a try then they will never have the opportunity to feel and see the results. The results of my actions in my life is what creates the momentum that keeps it going. If i'm working hard and all of the sudden, i am getting calls about people who want tme to come and speak at their event or want to come to an event that i am having, then it is so easy to get up the next day and have the energy to continue my efforts. If i'm practicing my yoga 6 times a week and I'm feeling energized and strong and i can see more tone in my arms and i finally get up into that forearm balance, then i'm excited to go to yoga the next day.............get the picture. Don't get me wrong, we don't necesarily see results everyday from the actions that we take, but we need to hold onto the ones where we do. Also, use these examples in other areas in your life where you may be struggling to try something new. Think about how you want to feel and let that be your inspiration. I'll be the first to admit, that i sometimes don't like to give things up in my life that are comfortable because then i am required to be uncomfortable. But, i know that when i do this I ultimately change and grow and my self esteem gets a surge!! The point where the change truly begins is at the point that we don't want to do it anmore but we stick with it anyway.....our emotions are just our emotions, they are not WHO we are......so better not to react to them, just notice them and let them walk on by.
